Place is great from the second you walk thru the door ..the girls at the front desk are so polite and professional..they explain everything to you ..The girl that did my ultrasound ..was an absolute doll ..again very professional and polite explaining everything to me ..that followed right up to the dr he explained everything to me from A to Z .. I’ve had this procedure done in the past with another dr .. highly recommend the Vein Center if you looking to have anything done ..great place

To date, I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Madan’s office. From my initial call to schedule an appointment through my ultrasound, my experience has been nothing but positive. Everybody is very nice and makes sure you have everything you need. Dr. Madan and his staff are very professional and want to make sure all of your questions are answered. Sam took the time during the initial part of the exam, to explain everything to me and gave me time to ask questions. Dr. Madan took his time as well to explain everything to me from the workings of the vascular system, to how he will fix my issues. Brian, the ultrasound technician, was the same. Made sure he explained what he was doing and answered my questions with patience.

My experience was very positive on all fronts. I felt a significant difference in my legs from the very first procedure. My legs felt less heavy when I walk and continue to get better. I recommend Dr. Vinay Madan’s practice to anyone who suffers from varicose veins.
The front desk staff are professional, friendly, and attentive.
They always had a smile and all the paperwork ready to go.
They were very accommodating with my schedule.
For every procedure, Dr. Vinay took his time to both explain the procedure and make sure I was comfortable and at ease during the process.
Both the ultrasound technicians, Anthony and Ada made sure I understood the procedures and took their time to explain what they were doing with great care and patients.
Alphonso, the APRN is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He answered my questions and was reassuring during the procedures. He took the time to put together some samples for aftercare at home use. Making sure I knew where to call if I had any questions or concerns.
The patient care technician was very professional and helpful. She made sure to remind me about the aftercare at the end of every procedure.
Before I I’d leave, the front desk would remind me of my next appointment. Along with receiving texts and phone call appointment reminders.
Overall, I am really impressed with Dr. Vijay’s practice and am very pleased with their care.
